I am a Web Analyst and Marketing Science Group Director in Toronto, Canada, and I’ve worked with corporations all over North America. I have an extensive background in online marketing, and a passion for leveraging web analytics with multi-channel intelligence to drive high performance marketing strategies.
Measurement Strategies
I utilize advanced cross-channel analytics strategies, the latest measurement technologies and detailed segmentation to help corporations and brands understand the influence of their marketing efforts, both on and off the web, and improve them.
I drive the measurement strategy, processes and teams which develop analysis and recommendations to promote engaging and optimized web experiences for a wide variety of websites, online marketing campaigns and projects including product launches, online advertising, landing pages, email campaigns, search, as well as usability testing of existing and new site features.
As the web expands, so does measurement, into social media, mobile web, mobile applications and more.
Measurement Technology
While many many web analytics tools capture data in similar ways, each one has it’s own unique strengths and idiosyncrasies. My experience with leading web analytics and web intelligence tools includes Omniture SiteCatalyst, WebTrends, Google Analytics, Nielsen BuzzMetrics OpinionLab, Mobilytics, TeaLeaf, ForeSee, Cognos, Crystal Reports and many others. I have hands-on experience not only in using these tools, but also in project managing the implementation, combining and data mining of them, as well as other web technologies.
Work on several Web Analytics Association committees as well as being a tutor for the UBC Web Analytics Award of Achievement keeps me on the leading edge of the online measurement industry.
